Description
Everyone who knows me offline knows I love food, I just cant prepare it too well.
This is my first attempt at a mousse, based on Clare Manson's recipe here claremanson.deviantart.com/art….
Mine is milk not white chocolate.
A couple of things went wrong:
1. I found out I have no glass bowl to melt chocolate in... bit of a problem, but I improvised.
2. I either didn't use enough chocolate, or it didn't melt enough, or the whiskey should have went in last. So what ended up happening was that the chocolate partly mixed (hence the slightly off white colour) and the rest turned into tiny chunks.
Despite those, it actually tasted rather good even if I say so myself.
The photo is also poor, but given how rubbish my digital camera is it's the best I could get.
